The design-build process
Five stages, one team. Design and construction are planned together, so pricing and buildability are checked while your home is still on paper.

Discovery & site
We walk the lot with you and study zoning, setbacks, flood zone and HOA rules before design begins. If you are still looking for land, we help you evaluate it.

Design
Architecture, interiors and engineering are developed together, with pricing reviewed as the plans evolve.

Permits & pre-construction
We prepare and submit permit sets, finalize your selections and lock in the budget and schedule.

Construction
Our construction team manages every trade on site and keeps you updated at each milestone.

Delivery
Final walkthrough, punch list and keys. We stay close after you move in.
